Your plan and Meta fees
are separate.

Meta message fees are billed by Meta. Template-message charges depend on the category and the recipient's country code, and apply on delivery.

Since October 1, 2026, Meta also charges per message for replies inside the 24-hour customer service window. Messages in a 72-hour free entry point window, opened from a click-to-WhatsApp ad, stay free.

The dashboard shows approximate costs from Meta. Your invoice is the source of truth.

Understand message usage

Questions, answered.

Can I sign up for a plan today?

Access is invite-only before launch. Join the waitlist and confirm your email. Invitations go out in small batches.

Are Meta message fees included?

No. Meta message fees are separate from your Watification plan and billed by Meta. Dashboard cost figures are approximate; your invoice is the source of truth.

Are these the final plans?

Plans and limits can change before launch.

Are refusal checks part of the confirmation limit?

COD refusal checks have their own monthly allowance, separate from COD order confirmations.

What happens when an API allowance is exhausted?

The API returns a quota error. Check the current allowance in the dashboard before sending more requests. A quota error is different from a short request-rate limit.
